













We have been working with the business advisory firm Deloitte since 2007 and have been helping them to ensure a fuller understanding as to the full remit and experience of the organisation.
While part of a global network and one of the 'Big 4' business advisory firms around the world the organisation is viewed by some as only an accountancy and audit company.Currently our task is to help the company address this perception gap and to put in place a strategic communications programme to increase awareness and understanding of the company among key business and public sector audiences.
Our role to date has been to identify areas of expertise within the NI marketplace and we are now considering the best routes to market to promote that range of expertise to the key customer groupings here. We have developed an expert positioning plan and are promoting an agenda of thought leadership through the media and targeted events. This is underpinned by strong research and in-depth market knowledge, positioning the company as credible experts in its field.
One of our most successful projects to date has been to profile the organisation’s sponsorship of the Deloitte Fast50 Awards scheme which recognises the fastest growing technology companies north and south. This scheme has been at the forefront of recognising and promoting innovation and has played an important part in fast tracking many local IT companies onto the wider European and global stage, particularly in terms of funding and VC investment.
