We have worked with Warrenpoint Harbour Authority on a number of key projects. These include the promotion of the Authority’s Mussel Quay development project, a major €5million investment, jointly funded by European monies and Government Departments, North and South of the border.
The project involves refurbishing the old town dock while providing facilities for the local aquaculture industry, bringing a much-needed boost to the local economy and refurbishing the dock to its former glory.
In addition, we have supported the Authority in the announcement of a major redevelopment of the berthing facilities at the port. This multi-million pound investment will significantly improve the operating facilities and capacity of the port, greatly enhancing the social and economic development of the area on both sides of the border.
