













In 2003 The Food Standards Agency in NI devised a pilot scheme for a hygiene award for eating establishments. Morrow Communications was tasked with creating an identity for the scheme and launching it to its key audiences.
It was quickly realised that the ‘Catering Hygiene Award’ needed a more user-friendly title, so we devised the ‘Eat Safe’ initiative which has since been developed into a full corporate identity.
Working closely with the client and all the key stakeholder groups Morrows launched Eat Safe to local councils and their environmental health officers, the catering trade and consumers and today the scheme is recognised as an important part of the campaign to promote food safety.
