The independent appeals body established under statute to deal with a wide range of land use planning issues and related matters in Northern Ireland, the PAC is never far from public scrutiny.
Morrow Community has assisted the PAC on a project basis for a number of years, including the creation of a new corporate identity to take the organisation forward. We have also implemented a major market research campaign to assess opinions of those who have used its services and launched the findings of the survey to all stakeholders – including government officials, the planning authorities, local councils, politicians, the legal profession, lobby groups, and the general public. Much of our work has centred on certain a greater understanding of the role of the body and increasingly about the larger workload it now undertakes.
We have also supported the organisation in media terms at key times including managing the launch of its annual report and associated literature on an annual basis.
