





Following their establishment we developed and implemented an award winning campaign for the NI Commissioner to encourage young people to have their voice heard in deciding the priorities for the new agency.
Recognising the primary audience was a difficult one to reach and engage with, we devised a creative launch event and a series of promotional materials involving young people throughout. We devised a “Shout” campaign encouraging young people to share their thoughts through texting/online as well as telephone and posting their thoughts. The campaign was also the platform to introduce the new agency to various other stakeholders and to begin the process of engagement with them.
This campaign was a huge success and put the work of NICCY high on the agenda as well as increasing its profile greatly among young people. The project took Gold for Best Integrated Communications at the 2005/2006 CIPR Pride Awards.
