We were appointed to undertake a major review of Homefirst’s communication process and to advise the Trust on the development of a communications strategy.
Our assignment involved reviewing their existing communication arrangements, reviewing their effectiveness, considering the environment and challenges faced by Homefirst and finally, making recommendations to help the organisation tackle the issues it faces.
Our strategy is currently being implemented by the organisation and since putting it in place, we have also produced a recruitment DVD.
