As Northern Ireland’s provider of public bus and rail transport, Translink is rarely far from the news.
Our task is to generate and maintain strong levels of positive coverage for the company and its services as a vital part of the social and economic life of NI, as well as to advise the company on its more complex relationships with other government departments and agencies, we also advise on their interaction with other influencers whose support is required to enable the organisation to meet its remit.
An organisation undergoing enormous change and development in response to strategic government policy shifts, our brief for Translink includes positive news generation, community relations, internal communications and public affairs.
Our work for Translink was recognised on two fronts at the CIPR Pride Awards where we picked up the awards for Best Client Relationship Management Programme as well as Best Public Sector Programme.
Double 2005/2006 CIPR Gold Award Winner
