The production is an awareness-building tool used to raise the issue of ‘Young Carers’ amongst practitioners.
The programme was produced as a drama documentary, using a mixture of expert opinion interspersed with Drama sequences to convey the issues facing young carers in Northern Ireland. It used a significant contribution from the young Carers themselves - the drama reconstruction was then used to bring their stories alive for the viewer.
