The Brief
This two day International Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition (IREC08) was a first for the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute for Northern Ireland, who are the leading provider of scientific research and services to government, NGO’s and commercial organisations. Climate change and diminishing resources of fuel are present day realities and this event provided opportunity to extend knowledge, gain expertise and instigate a forum for discussion on community solutions for global challenges.
Morrow Communications were appointed to deliver a complete event management service for this conference and exhibitionfrom concept to conclusion, providing an invaluable consultancy service as well as practical support in delivering the event.
The Event
1 conference website, 20 keynote speakers, 185 Interactive keypads, 200 recycled conference folders, 30m x 15m custom built marquee, and an anaerobic digestor .... just a few of the things we were responsible for. Over a period of nine months, we worked alongside the steering committee to plan, co-ordinate and implement every aspect of this conference and exhibition facilitated by our expert network of suppliers. No stone was left unturned with our unparalleled organisational capacity, and technical ability to deliver.
The Results
